Yesterday evening, for the first time after a workout session of 7-10mins I experienced a mild to moderate but sharp pain on the right side of the head which radiated to the left side and remained for few minutes. Today morning, after few hours of waking up, the same sharp pain was on the right side but remained for a few minutes and then gone. However, mild pain reappeared.
Is it something threatening or dangerous? Can I still carry on with my exercise daily?
