Brain and Spine Problems

Brother was taking paxil since 6 months on prescription , he is totally fine now and wants to withdraw ,how to withdraw the medicine?

I am attaching the MRI report below, this is not my report this is my nani's report today at 6 am or something she had a stroke and the left side of the body qqs not responding. We rushed to the hospital where the doctor got the MRI done and these are the reports. Please help me what to do and how to deal with it and is it a really critical position she is in? She was tottally fine a day ago. Please can anyone explain the situation and the corresponding treatment. Regards Sushant

She feels as if some fluid is running inside brain.
