Bone & Muscle problems

I am basically playing volleyball and running often. I feel swelling and Heaviness on my left knee. X ray was done and uric test was done. All normal. Could you suggest some cure on this and what should be the problemm any Ligament problem? Please suggest me on this. When i usually walk i feel lit disturbance in knee like sound.

It will cure the disc bulge? medication like (nervmax sr,altraday,etox mr...) not worked. mri report said L4+L5 disk bulge. neck also bilateral pressure,c3,c4 disk degeneartion. is it good option to take that injection before trying surgery one doctor advised...

I have lower back pan last 2 year i go and checkup with many doctors but still not relief And also as i am sports person and play cricket so i need to fit my back and my leg... I am using tablet gabapin nt 100 since to long but no any relief for calcium using zecol max, gemcol d3 but still i am suffering for high back pan and lower leg pain ancel pain and when i go to bathrom and sit from that time to my stand up time leg is paining and like my leg blast due to pain i am doing exercise for back ans setuup for leg but not good can any one help me. Dear Sir, I am facing problem of neck pain and right side should and arm pain even after holding 3-4 kg weight or household items...also i have been treated for this pain but doctor gave me escitolapram along with ...now its been a year, i m not recovering completely...also now i m addictied to escitolapram 5 mg...after 2 days of  stopping with taper the escitolapram i feel sad mood n irritation typ ...electric shock typ feeling while moving eyes... pls advise me something how to stop this escitolapram and right side shulder n arm pain. Thanks

Few days back I sat on floor for 2-3 hours because of pooja at my home. I vas having back pain after the same. I have consulted orthopedic. And have done vitamin d, b12, TSH test, createnin test done. Vitamin d is 10, b12 is 229 and TSH is 5.86. though my t3 and t4 is in normal range. I'm on medication. Please advise further

I have a history of communited tibial condyle fracture in my right knee in 2008. I have developed osteoarthritis because of it.From last 1 month i am having pain on back side of my knee while folding the leg.I am taking Jointace DN Super 750 mg and Shelcal xt once each daily from last 10 days.Also doing knee exercises.X ray of joint attached.Kindly suggest wether Jointace 750 to be taken once a day or should it be increased to twice daily seeing the condition of joint. Will calcium help with the pain.Seeing the condition of joint do i need to take Calcium?What precautions to be taken and foods to be avoided?

Hello Doctor , My Mother is 59 years old and suffering from Osteopenia and doctor had suggested for Ostrofos 35 .. But while buying it from pharmacy store he informed that it is a steroid and advice not to take this . Kindly help of Ostrofos 35 mg is a steroid or not and please let me know if it has some side effext
