Ligament tear

I had a ligament tear near my knee area about an year ago. ACL tear to be specific. i used a knee brace while recuperating but i didn't opt for surgery. now i m able to walk, jog properly, but that ligament is still sensitive. whenever i give jerk to the leg it destablalises and hurts.. what should i do.

MRI Scan done,reports attached.my 1st doctor asked me for surgery. Took 2nd and 3rd opinion.both twos are suggested for injection. Go with 3rd doctor took epidural injection yesterday. Severe ache in calves

Unable to walk properly as a lot of pressure is exerted on my calves; specially while descending. Can't jog/run as well. I had a terrible fall while trekking but it subsided significantly after using Relispray. I'm not sure if I've an internal injury.
