Back ache at lower back

Shoulder problem

I am suffering from shoulder internal rotation problem. My MRI report says there is partial subscapularisis tear. And distal clavicle osteolysis. I feel inflammation in my shoulder when ever I sleep on it or throw a cricket ball. My consultant doctor says my body it self will heal it. I am doing the basic exercises.

Unable to get up early

This has been there for a long time. I am unable to get up from the bed early morning. I feel tired and fatigued. I lie down uselessly for around 3 hours after sleep. Even if i sleep late or early. I dont feel like doing anything. Whole body pains. I get a sound sleep though.
