Shoulder Dislocations
I had shoulder (right) dislocations 4 times. The recent one was in June, 2016. I took MRI in July, 2016 and the report says that "Hill Sach's defect with anteroinferior labral tear and inferomedially displaced (fused) bony bankart lesion favour shoulder dislocation". Doctor-1 whom i visited in Mumbai suggested me to go for an operation where there will be an open surgery stitching the torn larbal. I recently shifted to another city, here i went for final opinion where the doctor said that anthroscopic operation is required where three screws will be inserted and stitched to the labral

Knee injury - ACL injury
Had a bike skid 45 days back, got the knee injury and took rest for a week with consult of near by General physician medicines used for two weeks. Knee pain gone 90 to 95 percent, able to waik and bend knee properply. But was unable to sit down (especially knee down usable wash rooms) and stand immediately due pain a lot in knee.
And now a week back fell down from a height chair/stool and got hurt to same knee (swelling and pain regained).
So had MRI scan for my right knee joint, attached the report to this query.
In report it is said, ACL complete tear 18mm gap seen, which I want to cure without surgery.
Please thoroughly go through it and please provide your valuable detailed suggestions.

Patellar Subluxation
I have patellar subluxation. It dislocates and comes back to position but gives pain at that moment and I fall down due to instability. I come back to normal within 3-5mins. No pain. What should I do to fully recover from this? Should I start doing Physio exercises? (I am not in a situation to do surgery if its needed)

Trigger finger
From last 1 week, I'm observing my left-hand ring finger is triggering (stuck 1sec & release) with bit pain. I search about this over the internet & find out it's called as "Trigger Finger". There is no swelling on my finger. It's looking normal. As far as I can remember it has also not hit by anything.
Mostly, I feel this "triggering" effect more when I wake up from bed in morning. But, after few minutes doing some exercise in the gym, it'll get almost normal with a very few triggering feeling. Same thing , I've also noticed after biking for 45mins(my home - work location). Currently, I'm doing some finger stretching exercise which got to know from the Internet. After doing that also I feel very much relaxed.
Till now don't know what could be the cause. But, I need some professional advice to solve it.
