I have osteoarthritis and a few days back had suffered from trigger finger. Am taking vit D and calcium supplement. Want to go for a bone density test. What are the pros and cons of the test? Thank you.

Is it possible to workout(light/heavy) in gym with dislocated shoulder? it dislocated in 2008 and not treated yet since then. Till now i have dislocated it 7 to 9 times. please suggest! I am getting mixed answers.

I am patient of ankylosing spondylitis since 7 or 8 years. Many doctors change during this period but no result in my disease. Very much pain in my both hips. Orthopaedic doctor says that hip replacement is only way to reliefs hip pain. But i am not able to replacement because it is very costly. I can't walk properly. When I seat on chair for few minutes than I can't stand up. I can't sleep properly. Sir plz do something for me.

Pain at the shoulder joint ,neck for many years .Visited many doctors .No issues with x Ray . no Pain Killer are reducing the Pain .Sometime stretching excercises are not giving relief.
