Bone & Muscle problems

I have piercing nerve pain in my right index finger joint. the same pain goes all the way to my inside of palm and my right leg main toe also has similar pain, sometimes i feel numb too. it has some effect on my right shoulder as well

So I have rolled my left ankle many times and recently I have gotten a lisfrance fracture and now that's it's all healed now I have a spring sport and I was wondering what can I do to help me not roll it or break it anymore and if taping is the answer what kind of tape should I use and how should I use it

My hight is 4"8' i want to increased my hight so i want proper guidance and proper medicine to help

I have been problem of muscle pain in left hand side from last five days & due to that paining nothing to do I m.

I got injured during a boxing session. I was unable to move my neck. I took physiotherapy sessions. I am now able to move freely with a slight muscle strain in my upper back. Since yesterday night, 3 days after the injury, I am experiencing numbness in my hands and feet. Please help. Thanks in advance.

.i get severe leg pain which wakes me up night during sleep.it usually comes in intervals..Ranging from few minutes to an hour..For 3-4times.i have this pain from childhood.n it resolves only on taking ibuprofen tablet or ibujesic syrup.what could be the reason?

Some days ago my mom sprained her knee while climbing down a flight of stairs. She wasn't able to walk properly. We showed it to a doctor who gave her traction for 15 mins and some lep. She felt a little better and applied lep again the next day. But ahe still wasn't feeling well,so we consulted a general physician who gave medicines. After taking 2-3 doses of medicines she was feeling great, no problem, was able to walk properly. But today again while climbing up stairs she sprained her knee and now she's in pain when she sits or folds her leg. While walking is not that painful but she can't fold her leg as it's paining a lot. What should we do?
