My dada g ageing 82 years suffers from fever and post fever he got pain starting from neck and travelling to back..He has very intense pain..Also doctor suggested him to take ultracet medicine..Please suggest what to do

Hello, I am having slight pain in the groin area, I have consulted with doctor and started taking zerodol 4,for almost 2 week. Initially it was very painful but not there is no pain while walking. Sometimes when I sneeze I get pain. I did a scan and doctor told me it's a muscle strain. But even after 3 weeks it's still the same. Is there anything I can do to recover from this.. When I turn around while sleeping I feel pain on the right side. Please advice what can be done here.

I picked up arnd 100kgs of furniture while shifting house gradually pain started just below my thumb palm side there's a small light red patch & it's with swelling and pain since last 5 days. As directed by the physician got the NCV test done along with vit D, RA Factor, Tsh test done. All seems ok except NCV and Vit.D. As per NCV, there is severe CT in wrists. Please advise course of treatment. Rgds.
