Left knee paining
My left knee is paining from last 1month. I am not able to get up if seated. Not able to bend my knee for sitting or getting up.

Your pain is classical of Chondro-malacia Patella, which means softening of patella cartilage, however, physical consultation is necessary to confirm diagnosis. Your doctor may prescribe few meds and an exercise regime to strengthen your Quadriceps muscles.

Need to get MRI done to rule out meniscal tear. The torn meniscus might have flipped hence the pain and locking.
