Bone & Muscle problems

I have severe pain in the shoulders and the rear neck area, especially while working. I believe it is because of my sitting job and my incorrect posture. Please suggest some exercises for my spondylosis.

I'm suffering from back pain from  some days and sometimes it's too much to handle it, as I think it is of due to sleeping conditions. As I have fever from 2 days so I'll taking the total bed rest. Just b/c of that I didn't even walk due to weakness.

Hi 10 days ago i fell down on the ground (concrete)theough the left side of body . That time i thought that the pain is because of some swelling. Now since the pain is still there what should i do Please advise

My mom is a housewife and since the past few years she had been going through pain in her thighs. She feels relief for sometime but again it continues after sometime.She is a suffering from diabetes and has low blood pressure problem. Please suggest what could be a therapy or treatment for this problem.

Feel pain near left knee while trekking and running. Most of the normal days don't fell any pain . It's only during activities when I put more pressure on knee.

I recently had a fall where i slipped and fell on my buttocks. While there is no swelling or injury and I can walk normally, there is a pain when i sit or bend forward

I am feeling weakness and constant pain in my both leg specially after my monthly cycle. I have done my blood test and Hb level is 10.2 mg, HCT 31.7, MCB 72,MCH 23.1 and menizer index is 16.

Got these pain from last 2 weeks took medicine also did not work.The pain is from neck to knee,not able to sleep.

I am having a bump on my wrist which is getting quite frustrating. this bump has been there since long but it keeps appearing and disappearing with some pain when pressure is put. Lately this has become a problem and it's not going away. Im not able to bend my wrist. I have this pain on my right arm at times. The pain still persists. I am getting concerned as can this be life threatening.
