Bone & Muscle problems

I just started yoga 3weeks back. Initially the pain was due to muscle stretch and it went away when i was used to the routine but now i have extreme pain in knees and back. Last year also when i joined gym i had this type of pain and i left the gym.

I have compression in lumber for 3 years so toe of my legs can't moved by me so i can't walk without support

1.7 into 0.27 size hyper structure is seen in upper one third of right superficial femoral vien without vascularity however not uccluding the lumen. There is short segment of learner roving of lumen of right superficial femoral vein noted

Pain in heel when walking -right heel only. since 1 month.........................................................

I experience severe pain in both my calf muscle. During the day it's OK, but as soon as I lay down it is too painful. In fact, I have to request my wife to stand on calf muscle. I also feel lethargic, fatigued most of the time

For the fast few week an excruciating pain developed on the left shoulder of mine affecting my back and my left arm movement. The pain sometimes cause neck pain too. It really uncomfortable to sleep or sit any one particular posture as the pain is consistent. Kindly advice me a quick remedy.

After a push-up workout I felt the pain it was unbearable it took two days to cure and more over sometimes still I am not comfortable with that hand at some work outs. I feel uneasy and pain while doing some day to day activities like combing the hair and all. How can I take this further. Whether I need to undergo any treatment ? Please give your suggetions.
