Have done some excessive cycling and jogging,feeling stiff right knee while bending/trying to sit on ground and slight pain in beding. Doing hot saline fermentation once daily for 2 days.

Right now for few days you have to stop your cycling and consult near by physiotherapist near by your area...The physio will examine you and teach you proper exercise for your knee strengthening and if needed will also give u treatment of electrotherapy...and also avoid sitting with bending knee..
