Carpal Tunnel Pain

I have been experiencing pain in my wrist, it is constant and it seems to be getting worse. It hurts when i bend my wrist in any position. My hand swells occasionally as well as my fingers going numb. I currently wear a splint but it does not seem to be helping. I'm not sure what else to do but the pain seems to be getting worse.
