Bone & Muscle problems

I have back pain that started today. I can barely move. I took 5 tylenols and 2 ibuprofen in the last 7 hours. Now I have severe vomiting, unbearable pain

I have consulted ayurvedic as well as alopathic doctor but it doesnt relief whenever i work in office its pain is incresed

I have a torn rotator cuff and is causing me severe pain in both shoulder and neck,and it also triggers my migraines and I have severe pain in shoulder and neck it shoots pain in to the back of my head and into both arms the only muscle relaxer in can take is soma because I'm allergic to the others it keeps me up at night and I have been up almost 3 days.please help me I'm tired but the pain is so severe. I can not handle it anymore,I just need the soma to relax and hurt so much.the pain is unbearable.I'm not asking for norcotic pain meds

My father has suddenly had excruciating pain in wrist and was unable to rotate his wrist with ease. He did x-ray and found that it is due to osteoarthritis. Kindly advice on treatment.

Suffering from pain in upper back area. Probably pulled a muscle. It pains to move neck below. Also pains to move right arm sometimes.

Since 4 days I have pain in between my hips, don't know what exactly it is. Inner side of my right n left hip in the beginning of the hips are paining. Little swelling. Eating signoflam, nucoxia 90,diclomol to suppress the pain, as soon as the medicine effect gets over, I again get pain. I don't know if I'm explaining my problem nicely... I had loosemotions a week ago, generally I have constipation little bit.. When having loosemotions too much the bone in the middle of the hip pains, I have pain around that area. Don't know if it's related to bone or bowel issues.

Nearly 4 weeks back i hurt my thumb while playing volley ball, I have consulted general physician they have told "it doesnt look serious , it will heal by itself" a few days back it was paining so, i took x-ray and consulted few ortho doctors , everyone puts different opinions like it could be "bone moving out of position" or "ligament injury". Also as a part of treatment some have advised me of put my thumb in warm water and some in cold water. presently i'm clueless what is exact cause for my pain , is it a major issue or not and what treatment method should i follow.
