Muscle swelling in calf
A minor accident resulted muscle swelling in calf , 4 days ago. Though the swelling is reduced and I am able to walk now, but pain still exists. Also after walking sometime, leg below knee swells ( I believe its due to low blood circulation due to calf swelling )
I am using " Volitra " ointment . Can you please suggest any anti inflammatory tablets to expedite the healing .

Knock knees or bow leg
Hello Sir/Madam,
Im a 16 yr old male and I'm very keen to join the Indian Armed Forces ( Army/ Air Force/ Navy ). Ive noticed that when I stand in attention position my knees touch each other. I've also noticed that my right foot is slightly flattened, but not fully. I need a suitable suggestion from either an experienced ortho specialist or from an army/ navy or airforce doctor.

Back Muscle pain
Very often i get back muscle pain on corner of the ribs both right and left side. Upper back muscular pain. Giving moist heat relaxes for some time. Deep breathing make me feel pain.
No pain on bending front or back.
No pain while sitting idle on a chair, or during walk.
Only pains when try to twist while standing.
Feels stiff back muscles on morning wakeup. It relaxes after sometime but not completely.

Low levels of Vitamin d
From my medical test i found that Vitamin D level is very low:
5.27 ng/ml
I have been advised to have calcirol sachet (60K IU) as per below schedule:
week 1: Total 3 Sachets every alternative day (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri)
week 2: Total 2 sachets after every 2 days (e,g, Mon, Thu)
Week 3,4,5 : One sachet each week.
I need suggestion on this schedule as I feel very bad pain in my knees.

Muscle growth
I like running, playing football.. Within past few months my leg (thigh and calves) grown so big, although i always keep calories deficiency in my diet! . I hardly eat breakfast and lunch.
So, my question is, what is the cause of big thigh and calves muscle? How can i slim it down?

Having Problem in standing up
As I have noticed, every time that I am exposed in a cold environment during the night while sleeping then wake up in the morning, I am barely able to stand on my own. It's like my strength to stand was being drained. And worst is that sometimes even lifting my body to sit was hard to do.

Swelling and pain in foot
I was having swelling and severe pain in my foot and was not able to stand also. After trying some home remedies and taken OTC for pain and swelling the condition improves slightly but swelling has not gone completely . I am not sure which doctor to consult as the similar thing happened 6 months back but it was due to high uric acid and the problem got solved after taking medicine for the same . I have taken the same medicine this time also assuming it could be because of the same reason but didn't see much positive results. Kindly suggest which doctor to consult .
