Bone & Muscle problems

The pain was unbearable last night; and i had trouble breathing; and as i have been told, i passed out momentarily as i was being rushed to the nearest medical facility. Med suggested to me: DICLO

I've been having severe neck pain from past 2 days, i cant even tun my head, pain is situated back side neck and around the right hand shoulder

I fell down in a Basketball match when i was 12 years old. The next day I could not walk as it was really pain but I did not see a doctor. Now I am 15 years old, the lower back is pain again. May I know what should I do?

3 month back one auto is heated me due to that my shoulder having pain but due to exam I was not visited any doctor and i suffer from pain and I used pain cream and pain killer medicine but suddenly one month befor my shoulder mussels become big and more pain even I can't move my hand also.so please suggest me what I do now because I am suffering from more pain.

30 days ago , met with accident . prob in left knee MRI report as follows 1)intraligament hyper intense area noted in ACL on T2 stir weighted images. 2) evidence of abnormal hyper intense area seen in posterior horn of medical meniscus on Gre weighted image.. 3)Hyperintensity with thickening in MCL 4) Bone marrow contusion in medial femoral and tibia condyle and upper anterior tibia 5) radial tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus 6) grade 1 sprian of MCL. can partial damage ACl of knee can reconstruct without surgery??? Plzz suggest something.

Screwed up my thumb and i cant grip anything firmly. Its been a month. Ive tried icing and wrapping and it hasnt improved. Advice?

Last month in accident my ACl of left knee get partially damaged. Can it heal without surgery, if yes then how. wearing knee brace from last 15 days.

It's been there for a week but now I can't sit, stand and lie down properly.. suddenly I get extreme pain

Unable to close my hands , pain in nerves of hands, pain in fingers , it's been Few days I am very uncomfortable using my hands for any work eating food , closing buttons of my shirt etc.

I have had shin splints in my right leg for almost one and a half year now wherein when I run for more than 500 metres on the go I would have severe pain in my shin bone but when I would stop and start like when I play football (play on every weekends) it doesnt pain..I also rested for almost 8/10 weeks without running or without playing football and after that I was able to run for almost 1.75 km and I feel almost negligible pain that too in only one shin for some days and then it was again back to pain in 500 metres...my x-rays don't show any stress fracture ... What would you suggest ..I am really frustrated and I want to get back to running normally Regards Imran
