Mri report my knee ..he describe full tear of Acl ...leegament.. i walk my knee sounding.....and some time knee away ...and swelling..... my question if i operate ...i shall playing verry well

Yes , you will need ACL reconstruction. Consult a knee surgeon. Do physiotherapy before and after surgery. You can definitely play after that.
