I've had shoulder impingement since two months now. I discovered during my back workout and from then I haven't recovered yet. I had myself diagnosed by a physiotherapist, she also suggested some exercises but that hasn't worked out for me. Every time I lift my hand there is a twitch. Also I can't get back to my regular workout. Please suggest me a remedy.
