Bone & Muscle problems

I had forearm bone major fracture and had an surgery with 2 plates attached to my bone to make it join. It has happened before 1 and half month. Can i take alcohol and smoke now.

Three days back slipper & fallen down while stepping out of bathroom..Subsequently I find pain at L5 (left side) as per radiologist who has given x ray report. Due to the pain,I m unable to sit/ lye  down & get up normally. Second,while walking I need to smoothly move the left leg little behind to forward.. After the incident ,I m lying on normal cot without bed. Pls let me know how to go about as I m little scared & worried... Unable to do work normally.. Attached x ray with report for kind ref .

I having few days neck pain when i am looking up and down my nerves pain. I am not able to sleep properly one site.

My wife having pain in working with right hand and esr test was done esr level is 42 high side what to do and to whom contact

Hi sir, Since 2 days i just found a small lump of about 6 mm on my middle of left calvicle bone.It seems hard and slightly movable but not painful.Please suggest me about this.is it harmful ? To whom may i consult for this problem?

Can 'fixed deformity' of finger can be recovered by sergury? I had an cycle accident & broke my ring finger & middle finger.The local physician put spilnter in a wrong way that I got bent finger between MP & CP.The Dr. is also saying that if I undergo sergury now; I won't have same strength as it was before. There is chance of losing finger functionality.Is it true?

Sprained my right ankle while playing badminton as my opponent wrong-footed me. Hurt pretty bad at the time. Swole after a while. Couldn't walk for a few days. Been over 2 weeks. I can walk alright now (can't jump/run, though). But it still hurts pretty bad when pressured. Swelling doesn't seem to contract as well.
