My mother who is 55 yrs was sitting and doing housework and suddenly got a cramp or chamak in her back and hip area and its paining severely. We gave her dynapar tab and used dynapar qps oil and volini gel also but the pain is not going. Please suggest

I just slammed my foot onto a kitchen cabinet. While I cannot see any visible swelling/bruising, the pain I feel in one of my middle toes is too painful to just be a bruise. I think I broke the bottom and middle of the toe next to the pinky. I start college tomorrow and I will HAVE to walk on it. Any suggestions on how to minimize the pain?
