Cure for disc bulge
Is there ever a cure for disc bulge. Can it get back into its normal position. Doctors say a bulge cannot return back to its original position. I have a mild bulge and I am worried.

Mild disc bulge is not a problem unless it's giving you any pain or discomfort.
However you should take some precautions ,like avoid lifting heavy weights, maintain good posture and most importantly back and abdominal exercises..
