Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having a shoulder pain with restricted backward movement. I am unable to straighten my arm from above the elbow. It causes pain.

I m having lower back pain due to this I m unable to change my sleeping position. Having bones pain as well.

I had gone through MRI and the report said: 1. Grade 3 lateral meniscus tear 2. Edema of head and neck of fibula and lateral tibial condyle. Haven't consulted the doc yet. Please explain  about the above report. Is surgery necessary? If surgery is must, what will be the recovery period? Will it be curable with tables or exercise?

I have been having sensory pain in my left arm for almost 10 days. I do not get pain while using my arm but I do feel I have lost the strength. My left arm feels weak. The pain occurs at anytime even when I am sitting. I get a ticklish feeling near my shoulder the pain is more towards my wrist and fingers. I usually keep my elbow folded for support

Since one year I have minor slip disc problem. But I don't have any pain in back only my right leg is hurting a lot in calve area cannot walk or stand for long time. I have done XRay, MRI n visited 4 orthopaedic doctor. And did physio for four months also and took many medicines but pain is not gone. Please tell what should I do.

I an suffering from lower back pain because of weight lifting my ortho prescribed me this tablet twice a day for 15 days. Is it advisable for me to have this medicine

MRI reveals right para central disc protrusion at C5-C6 level causing significant compromise of the right neural formina with impingement over right C6 nerve root ,
