Bone & Muscle problems

I have swelling on both knee and below the knee from last one month. Swelling is painless...CBC is normal. What should I do and to who should I consult??

My leg has been aching since my childhood. I mean i cant run walk or play outdoor games for a long or sometimes it starts aching out of nowhere. From the history i gathered my maternal grandfather and maternal aunt are having the same problem. And  i got falciform malaria once when i was 7. Some 'laria go' was given and treatment was long. And my metabolism is not that cool.

I am recovering from a bimalleolar ankle fracture. I had a plate put in my fibula, two screws as all my ligaments snapped and pins/screws at the bottom of my tibia. On the inside of my ankle where my tibia was operated upon, I have a white bump which is slightly painful to touch (I assume it is a screw) which is more prominent when I leave my ankle elevated and the swelling reduces. Is this normal to see for someone 9 weeks post surgery that is now in a boot PWB to see this?

My left arm joint is broken in 10 years of my age,,, now I am 20 years old boy,,I want to go to gym for body building,, may I go to gym or not

Yesterday small injured happened to me that is  sprained ankle,because of that my feet is highly pained and it is swelled.now what can i do for this and how can i get relief from this.

There is another problem If I use Alophatic medicine many types of reactions appears on the body like swelling face and other skin problems (Pain remains nearly 2 year) I couldn't know main reason of pain

ACL legament is break and PCL gread 1 injury.I want suggestions it's compalsury need to surgery ?i m work in office.so I not neeed to sports activity.Reply me

I have been bones and joint pain for 5 years.i am 28 years old. I will test full master health check up, ra factor, esr, anti ccp. All report are normal. But pain is not cured. Psychology doctor told this problem occur many people but no reason. So suggest pregabid d 50mg/10mg tablet. Please tell this problem is normal problem, and this tablet i eat? Please tell.
