I'm having knock knees. I'm 21 years old now Can i cure this problem with regular exercises?

I have been osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis since 3 years my leg is swolled my mobility is less what should i do should i do operarion or not?

So I have really really bad Scoliosis and degenerative issues, my doctor said the degenerative issues can be caused by a bulged disk? is this true? Also if it is a bulged disk would it be recommended to get surgery for that and the scoliosis? I have been having these problems for 5 years and nothing has gotten better even with chiropractics or medication. If Surgery is the best option how well can I recover to be able to play baseball again? I am 17 years old.

I use to do yoga and because of slight overstretching myself I hurt my back and now I have this L4. And L5 slip disc back pain. It has been there for last 5-6 months, I wear the belt as well

I sustained R9 fracture (undisplaced) on 18 ag 2017. I underwent chest x ray and MRI wheryby undisplaced fracture in left chest rib 9 was diagnosed.First week gradually pan got aggravated there after reduced to the extent of 35pc.Using Rib belt plus calcium medicine as advised by Dr plus bed rest.Now three weeks already past, kindly adviseme 1. Whether I can go office by motorcycle. 2. I am neither diabetic nor am I a patient of hypertension. 3.Whether pain killer is a must to take .

I am having acute heel pain and the pain goes to the lower part of the leg as well.

I 've been having back pain for 2 years. Used zerodol, voveran sd, trp gel and hot water bag. Didnt work at all. Hurts when i turn my head or body on one side. Also a sharp pain in the lower neck. Its been few days since dark patches are seen.

I have computer related work and because of that l have got severe pain in whole body. I tried yoga got some level of relief but it is the same now. I have pain around ribs waist lower back and legs and shoulders arms and pain while getting out of bed and cannot lead a pain free life. What should i do please help.

My father has been suffering from this pain from last 60 days. We meet doctors at varun trust and other small cliniclinic.we have taken x-ray also they say every thing is normal. But still his pain is not reducing. To whom I to consult on this.
