Bone & Muscle problems

I was playing lacrosse and fell directly on my right shoulder, felt like I jammed it. Continued to play with it and seemed fine. This was 2.5 months ago. When I throw or put strain on my shoulder it is not nearly as strong or powerful and on occasion intense pain follows after a throwing motion.

I have been suffering from leg ankle pain from past two days and I'm unable to walk properly.

I have thai pain, to whom I should consult. This pain is since long time and I have consulted with pain specialist and neurologist but they didn't recognised what is actual reason.

From the last two week i feel pain in my small joints of fingers of both hands. i did test like RF and other tests. all are normal. and give me some pain killers. what could be reason for it. i have history of high blood pressure in stress condition

My wife aged about 45yr is sufferi g from heal pain for the last few years. The local orthopedist suggested heal cap and some pain killers for treatment. But the problem is persisting for the last few months and now she could not move easily. Please suggest me which type of treatment she has to undergo and she weighs nearly 70kgs with a height of 5'1". Kindly guide me to take the best treatment .

For the last 3~ months (give or take) my right shoulder has been in pain [stabbing / throbbing / radiating]. If i rest or move my arm into certain positions my entire right arm goes numb with a tingling sensation. Sleep is near impossible, as there are no positions that do not result in immense pain, and the use of my arm is at about 60% if i were to place an estimate on it. Possible cause: an armoire fell on me as i fell to the ground and it bruised the back right of my shoulder.

It I stand it hurts so much around the top of my leg hip area and just shot Across my back but mostly my hip leg area

I've been having bone pain over the last week or 2 especially in my lower left leg and in most of my joints in the rear of my body

Hurting of the sole of  left feet fo r few minutes everytime I keep my feet at a rest position especially after getting up from sleep.The left sole of the feet hurts at a certain point just below the ankle.The pain persists for few minutes as I keep walking and then it disappears but if I press my feet at tht point on the sole it keeps hurting.kindly advice
