Bone & Muscle problems

My mum she went for North India tour there she has fallen from horse and have pain in left shoulder so please suggest whether surgery to be done or not

My right side of the body is some kind of wired. Fingers in my right hand has little curvature ,and the toes are also like this.even the right skull is also having a curvature .The total right side is having a deformity . I can not find what is the problem .but the left side is totally normal

One year ago , i torned my acl and i went to a acl reconstruction surgery , 6 month later with physical therapy i was playing football again , from 1 month i felt pain while playing so i stoppe and then i made an MRI and in the report of the doctor it says that i have a complete acl graft disruption although i can run normally , does it requires surgery ?

I was doing household chores and suddenly got a jerk in lower back and the it started paining..i consulted orthopedician and completed 5 days medicine course but then it didnt cure completely.. I am not able to sit for longertime.. The pain starts and i need to laydown which gives me bit comfort..

Sir I had a backpain and eitherside last 5months.i visited before 3mnts astra dr ss kumar.he said nothing to worry. But stilli have pain what can I do give ur suggestion

It burns at top of my leg and my legs pain it burns and find it hard to get up sonetimes

Hi sir I had pain last 5months.but still i pain getting worsr sometime.daily 2 times i am doing pysio exercise also. Mri shows L1 l211.0 L2 l3-9.9 l3 l4 -9.8 I4 l5-9.0 L5 s1-10.5 Disc dehydration .defuse Mild dis buldge and bilateral nerual foaminal narrowing compressing exiting nerve rootR>L pls help get rid if pain.
