Iam around 60kg right now and I need to get down to 50kg in 2 months. What will I do ?

I am getting severe feet pain while walking exactly after waking up. I feel the pain for 15/20mins,But afterwards its normal and i can walk properly. Earlier i was thinking its because of cold. But now i dnt think so. Its been 6months i feel the same. Plz. Suggest

I am suffering from back pain after consulting a doctor he advice me to do various test. Everything is normal but in that HLA-B27 is positive( i guess it should be negative).

I am suffering from severe pain in both leg including joints from last 02 days.

I have enrolled into a post graduation course after 12 years of working. I have to undertake courses/ exams which require me continued writing for nonstop at least 3hrs everyday which I have been out of touch from. In the last exam, I developed a pain including a loss of grip in my right arm and hand, which aggravated each time I tried to write. Further, in a paper , almost after 2 hours of writing, my hand almost froze, and I wasnt able to write. I changed my pen, but it didn't help much. The pain still continues even after a month from my exam and keeps on coming back as i try to write more.  Is this carpal tunnel syndrome? Pls help with your expertise. Doctors whom I have visited suggested NSAID and vitamins , but will they help.

I noticed that I have a small bump under the skin on my middle finger near the base. It is more toward the left side than right in the middle of my finger. It feels like a little ball and I can move it side to side with my other fingers. It isn’t painful at all and I can move my finger normally. You can’t see the bump from the outside. I play field hockey, so I could have been hit a while ago and been injured without me feeling it. What do you think is wrong with my finger, if anything?

I have a broken ankle and I had surgery, they put plates and screws. Whenever my ankle is elevated or resting on a Bed, it doesn't pain that much but whenever it's hanging down or whenever I am walking it hurts a lot. Is it normal or ???
