I have back pain since 3 years .Last month I cunsult ortho doctor . He said I had uric acid 5.5 he gave medicine microcid SR and febustat 40 . When I stop medicine i feel back pain how to stop the medicine

I have rheumatoid arthritis, as per my R tests and diagnosis by Dr. C. Balakrishnan. He gave me medications but I was unable to follow. I will resume the medication but I want to know whether this problem will be there with me lifetime?

I hurt my back in July and since then have gone to the emergency room my family doctor a specialist and just starting physical therapy. Will be going for an MRI and two to three weeks. Question why does it take so long to make a diagnosis have not been able to work since then also in a lot of pain and all they will give me is ibuprofen and Flexeril. I feel a joint pain in my wrist of both hand when I rotate my hand side by side or lift a weight. It start from a morning 3 weeks ago when I get up from bed and still continue.

My mom has had a total hip replacement. It got infected, so they removed it and put in an antibiotic spacer. Infection is clear and she is ready to get the new hip. To make matters worse, she fell and broke her femur. She is going to have surgery to fix the femur but the doctor here said she can't put in the hip and the femur at the same time in one surgery. Is this true? With fear of infection if we continue to open her up, why can't we do it all at once?
