Bone & Muscle problems

Sir my father who is 48 suffers from an ailment which causes some pain in joints, especially knees, after consuming Dairy products, especially curd. This problem has occurred only recently like a year or so. No other issue arises except pain in joints which subsides after sometime on its own. Please advice me as this is causing him to abstain from curd despite his strong liking for it. Thank you in advance

I have a grade 3 ankle sprain, it's been 15 days since I sprained my ankle and I got a plaster 10 days back. I have given ample rest and has not mobilised my feet much. The pain has almost gone, just wanted to ask for how long do I need this plaster and when do I expect a full recovery.

Cramp in foot sole, joint pain.esr was increased to 50.Problem exist for the last 6-7 months

Since Fri last month I have feeling pains from all joint including finger's, Wrist. Shoulders. Elbow and knees. When I have gone for lab test 1st time but D3 is 15. After that I have consulted  my home doctor and gone foot some medication. I have not recovered  by pains.  Kindly suggest me that treatment available in home.  After that doctor suggest me to take ASO Titre test I.e.is 228.  I have 2 small kids age group is 4 and 5. Since from is issue I have fee lot of Pressure. Kindly suggest the best treatment .

I have had swelling on my lower back and the pain is continuing even after 3 days. I am not able to sit at all or sleep on my back. Also I can feel a lump where there is swelling. I have been taking painkillers suggested by a physician and my x-ray report tells no fracture is done.

I experience severe knee pain while climbing up stairs or running while jugging.I am just 31 years and i can't understand the reason behind it.

Sir/Mam i am facing issues whenever i am sitting through back or laying straight. Seems something is pinching and giving pain in lower hip joint ( last vertebrae i guess) Its getting very uncomfortable seems at hip joint i feel something is poping out or not in actual position, though no slip disc. I have been suffering from pain at lower back (above hip) . Not able to turn left side or right side when sleeping. Not able to carry 1year baby for long time. Not able to sit on the floor. I have a baby who born in may last year. It's a cigereen.

Not able to shift from one position. It pains a lot when i change the position. Only sitting in one position gives relief. Not able to understand what to do. Not able to walk at all

I experience pain in knees while I cross 10kms. The pain forces me to stop running while makes me reach finishing line by walking the remaining distance.
