Bone & Muscle problems

Fell down carpeted stairs where my bottom took each steps impact as I went down. Still holding a full laundry basket under my left arm during all of this too...I stayed down to gather myself for a moment. After standing, both hips & lower back are all extremely sore and tingly. My lower abdomen feels full/crampy (without pms). Very uncomfortable to walk & lay on back. Tingling pain shoots down one leg to foot. Is this just bruising? or should I get checked tomorrow if not any better with rest?

I am havin severe right knee pain since 2 weeks...earlier i had a sprain in the same knee a year ago...also my vit d levels are 16...i find it difficult to climb stairs these days..

Last night I slept with less clothing, here in Jodhpur cold just reached, so I feel highly coldy and then I wake up and with blanket covered myself,, it is ok for cold but I got heavy headache when I woke up,, during work I take medicine paracetamol from first aid now in the evening same headache and cold started

I have been having pain in palm because of writing ,and back n join pains and it's going since I sit for nearly 8 hrs continuesly for lectures n studies and also sitting at night at library for almost 5 hrs I may sleep down on my desk with support of hand n back

I have lower back pain severely. Dr advised to take mri. Report says "diffuse disc bulge L5-L4, L5-S1 levels with thecal impingement and bilateral neural foramina narrowing. 2. Cystic lrsion in the tr adnexa size about 2.05*1.85cm s/o rt ovarian cyst." What it means? Ehat to do?

My wife's right arm was fractured a few weeks back. We saw 3 small black spots in x-ray reports in the right arm bone near Elbow. Doctors took the x-ray again after 15 days and now the entire bone from Elbow to wrist is appearing black. Can you please give us an idea how the black spots spread so immediately or what causes the black spots in the bone? She is feeling

I am suffering from back so long. Usually if I stand or sit for some tym,when I sleep I get severe back pain usually I get this pain in d rib areas . Also if I bent for sometime , while standing I get severe pain .at first I got this pain near the lumbar region but now I m getting pain near the ribs too much.

The pain has started a mouth ago when my wrist bent with a heavy impact. There is constant pain in the wrist below small finger palm sided. I'm unable to lift weight more than a kg. Also it aches when I twist my wrist with my palm facing towards my face.

Chest pain back neck pain from long time . I consulted with doctor 1 year before he did all my X-ray and all and after some test he come to know that i am having vitamin D problem so he gives me medicine for that . After some time i feel ok so i didn't went again to met doctor because of my job, now from last 3 month again same problem is happening so i can take a supplementary of vitamin D or not

Hips ache whike sitting. Moderate to severe pain when getting up, standing and walking. Worse at night. Legs hurt at night or during rest along with my hips
