Bone & Muscle problems

I ve had stiff ankles and knees on and off for a few weeks. i recently noticed that there is a place between my knee and ankle that is tender to touch the bone. i exercise every night. i'm on no medication with no past medical history on injury thank you

There is a lot of pain in my back sometimes it's become unbearable please help me

Hi, its Asad here. Yesterday i got hurt in my back towards right shoulder on a table. I was on stretching on my office chair and chair flipped backward. First i got hit in head then my back. Now i feel pain when i turn my neck upwards/downwards and left side. Only right side wont hurt.

My pinky toe split far apart from my other toe and heard and felt it crack. I’ve put ice on it and elevated it. It’s been a week now and I’m worried.

I have pain my back last night and tonight also..i can't able to bend down properly to get my things on the floor...i am having my period now..is it because of my monthly period or something wrong with my spinal cord??? It's painting so bad

I'm having severe pain near my ankle joint since yesterday and i don't remember if i hv twisted my ankle. Last night as i ws walking home from office, i had a little pain but i was able to walk. But after reaching home the pain started growing gradually. Since 2 p. m. In the morning i'm experiencing a huge pain in my joint and not able to move my feet.

My Knee pop-ed out 2 weeks ago. Ever since then I have been getting pain along the inside of my leg along the knee. I also feel the pain along bottom of the inside of my knee. This only happen when i curl in my leg with pressure against it.
