My left hand wrist bones are cracked while playing. So doctor adviced me to take dosage of Bankal D3 60000 UI capsules once in week. Is it helpful for me or not?

Can I take lubrijoint plus capsule daily 2tablets? Does it has any side effects. As I do weight training I want to make sure my joint stay healthy.

I've been having left ribcage pain from Sunday morning whenever I woke up and taking breathe or laughing or even sneezing I can't open up my left hand please share me any drugs/tablet for this pain it is really in critical condition

I was in accident about month ago and my ulna bone in wrist has been broken so i have been under operation and got 2 wires fixed,, this was from almost 4 weeks ago, now i should have this wires removed so, if the nurse removes them in the outpatient with out any Anesthesia , is this painful ? I'm so afraid of any pain , how does this pain like ?

I had my ligament injury and took a MRI which was reported as Grade 1 sprain of the deep deltoid ligament,Marrow contusion in the lateral Mallelous,mild ankle effusion... (the report was taken in the month of August and my injury had occurred on May 30) I had strained initially due to healing process has taken time and am in 6th month since the injury .i m doing my physiotherapy as well also able to run with the crepe bandage and do exercises in the gym. I don't feel pain when I do exercises but still there is some discomfort always which is nagging me also I could still see a bit of swelling ... since there is a discomfort my walk changes a bit automatically which is hurting my knees.please let me know how long will it take to get cured completely .It would be great if some one can suggest your opinions on this .thanks in advance

Left foot has slight bunion . Now while walking I am experiencing pain under the middle finger next to the toe.
