I have been experiencing pain in my knees from almost 3 months. I feel pain in sitting position. In ankle I feel something is pressing (pain in right portion of my knee). It is not a chronic pain. But a lot of irritation in the knee area. I have not hurted my knee by accident or anything. Every day I walk 2 to 3 km for office. Male/31 Years/weight 63 kg, 5.7 height. Pain in the back and lateral inside of the heel ( not the bottom of heel) I have this pain for a couple of yrs now. X-Ray shows no bone spur, and the Uric acid level is within limits. Have been doing hamstring, quads and calf muscle stretches for a while but no help.
