Bone & Muscle problems

I was dancing and my knee bend suddenly. I thought it was a sprain  as X ray reports are normal.  There is no  issues with bones.  However I observe swelling on my right knee.  So my physiotherapists  suggest me to have physiotherapy as he said there is moos knee burst (Ghutne ka maas fat gya).  Now he is giving me some treatment and suggest me for bed rest for a month.  I just want another opinion what should I do.  Any other test is necessary. Or physiotherapy  is not needed.  Or any other treatment recovers  it early as possible.  I have been into this problem from past 20 days

I have been having a lot of pain in my knee from 3 years. It was diagnosed as Chondromalacia Pattella at the beginning.. I underwent physio therapy as well. I did not find any better relief. Now I feel pain from knee down when I walk fast or run. What could be the issue ? I do feel pain in the bone,. Which I feel is actually pain in the muscles impacting on my bone. Any suggestions as to what treatment or medications I need to go through

I've been having swelling, pain and locking of knee with loss of feeling in all 5 toes. Xrays and MRI shows constant swelling and bone on bone. Taking Tylenol3 with codine, meloxicam, tizinidine, naproxen. Also doing physical therapy and shots in the knee. Also hearing and feeling popping and cracking in knee while walking

I am 30 year old female. I have pain my lower back going up to my leg. I feel it is sciatica.

43 year female suffering from knee pain, joint pain, muscle pain, tiredness, drowsiness since a week. As per latest blood report ESR is 39 and thyroid is 0.92. What may be the reason. To whom should I contact?
