The physician suggested that I take Zerodol th4 for back pain.  I am a breastfeeding mom. Is this safe during breastfeeding

Iam 4 months pregnant.from 2 days iam getting cracking sound from lower back while walking but iam not experiencing any pain.Do i need to worry anout it.

I have pain above the left knee joint and I tried applying Volini gel and use heat pack for reducing pain. I have taken zerodol for pain reduction. Nothing was found in xray too. It seems normal. But I feel the pain increasing little bit and sometimes I get a small bulge over that place. What should I do now?

Dear doctor, I am 53 years old, from various days my back is having stringing and clattering (In  hindi- jhanjhanaahat) on the left side of my back and also having pain on my right arm from various days. Please suggest. As I work little bit and get stressed and I go to rest.

I had a fall while playing football. I went to a orthopaedic surgeon and got MRI and CT scan done. The report said that I have chondromalacia grade 3. My doctor looked at the images and the report and said that it'll heal completely on it's own in 3 weeks rest time. I am reading online that grade 3 is too much damage for healing on it's own. I am concerned now. I have a pattern of not trusting diagnosis. So I am not sure if this is genuine worry or my bad habit. Please advice 🙏 .
