Hello I'm 50yrs old and having pain from foot to spine in right leg. Sometimes it's severe Sometimes does feel it. It was not that bad several months ago but for couple of weeks it's too much pain. Any suggestions or medicine Thank you .

Sir, Iam suffering early stage oa Iam using daily knee cap for daily 6 to 8 hours in work place, While standing and staircase climbing time. Present iam gettting some pain compare last month My dout. Using knee cap daily 8 hours any problem. Thank you sir.
