Even with tablets & good diet, I have been b12 deficient. It got better only after b12 injections , have taken once every year since last two years. I sometimes suspect, that I have pernicious anaemia & so my body cannot absorb b12 from food or medicine. Is there any treatment , natural way to restore intrinsic factor of body. Heal pain muscle stiffness has been a constant companion since two years.
