I have been suffering by getting cough while eating constantly. I am facing this problem from last one year onwards.

Im not getting hungry after the use of sudarshan ayurvedic tablets I'm so much depend on this tablet otherwise my hunger is finished and restricted to 2 roti

My niece is 12 years old and weight is 36 kg. But her hight does not proportionate to her age and body weight. She is 4'3". Is it advisable to take speed height capsules? Is there any side effect of using the capsule? Her father is 5'6"and mother is 4'9".

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from bleeding Piles problem. I already had a surgery once for the same and had taken alopathic treatment already. but the problem started all over again. Recently I have heard about Ayurvedic medicine called Vaidrishi Arshkalp. Could you please suggest me can to take this medicine for permanent cure of Piles?

Which one is more effective for piles 1- Baidyanath arshoghani bati or 2- Himalaya pilex. Please tell.
