Hi doctor m suffering frm varicocele in left testies so i can cure by medicines plz suggest me some medicines doctor to cure withought surgery

My mother age 55, suffering from UTI since 1 month.she consulted ayurvedic doctor, doctor suggested PUNARNAWA intromascular injection for 5days continueosly.this is the fist time I heard about injection in ayurvedic Can any one suggest me is this ayurvedic medicine/injection safe or any Future complications will happens..please advise Thanks in advance...
