Hi I'm 7 month baby mother. I always feel weak and tired. I'm not able do any job fast lying. Suggest some supplements to get energy.

When I ate spicy or oil food or coffee, my tongue getting irritated. its good in morning but getting worse in the evening. initially have tongue burning also, now its cured by taking vitamins and acidity tabl ets.
