I have back pain in the middle and right side of back bone. There is minor swelling also. It pains in sitting or standing poster for long time. It also pains on touching like injury. Plz suggest me what should i do.

Respected Doctor's🙏🙏 I am currently taking Glenmark's Aprezo Apremilast tablets along with doxy & atarax 8 mg tablets for Prurigo nodularis.Because of high dosage of medicines my stomach is upset and not having regular bowel movements.Shall I take tripaladi churnam or manibhadra leham after taking above mentioned tablet's with a gap of 30-40 mins.will it cause any harm please reply. Awaiting your invaluable replies🙏🙏 Will tripaladi churnam or manibhadra leham interact with these medicines and cause any side effects??

Enlarged prostate with Diabetes.Taking Cetapin Xr 500 Two Times.Crestor 5mg.Gabapin 300.Flotral 10 mg & Modula 5 Mg.Nerve up od one tablet daily.My HbA1c is 7.1 and my Prostate measures is 5.0 x 3.6 cm and weighs 33.5 g.I am fed up with all this Medicine and would like to stop it.Is there any Ayurvedic treatment for the same.
