How much duration does Vacha tablets needs to cure anxiety and hysteria.? Suggest me a good brand of Vacha tablets and tell me how to use them.

I got hurt my right leg knee with small accident , I can't band my knee in 90 degree also had little pain and I am walking with stick I attached here my MRI report, doc said I need surgery but I want to do cure with physiotherapist and exercise.
