Pcod problem
I m suffering from pcod.Wants to conceive.My periods are not regular.Allopathy doctors prescribes contraceptive pills.but still my periods are not regular.went to ayurvedic doctor.He prescribed few medicines named as M2 tone,kacchnar gugulu,rajah parvartani vati and muktagem syrup.My period has stopped since april 2018.still now i dint get my period.Have been medicines for more than month.How can i get back my period.will this medicine work?Have been experiencing mild pain on left side of lower abdomen.please help me.

The medications prescribed above should work. Along with medications diet plays a very important role in PCOD. In PCOD you are susceptible to insulin resistance which can in turn cause more male hormones to be secreted. So please increase protein in your diet, avoid sugar especially soda and processed foods, increase fiber content and include almonds, walnut and food rich in omega 3 fatty acid . Exercise for at least 30 min every day. Also try taking horsegram ( kulath) , it can induce menstruation.

Good to find the cause in food sleep activity.. Correction in them reverses the condition soon.. As per details above medicines are not suiting you.
