Garments and linen should be washed with boiling water. Scabies is very contagious. Escaboil lotion should be applied all over up to neck only. Eyes should be protected from this lotion. After this application, few hrs later Ayurvedic Marichyadi tel should be applied on scrotal area. Cap / Tab Neem 1 tds, Manjishtha 1 tds, Mahamanjishthadi kwath 20 ml bds for two weeks be given
