I have severe dark circles and next month is my marriage..how can I reduce these dark circles as soon as possible?

I am experiencing extreme pain in my left side of head and eye accompanied by nausea and vomiting.Also my eyes can't bear light at that time.This usually happens when I use to study. Suggest some useful tips.

Depression anxiety eye vision problems ear nose throat tongue problems. I had addicted Trika drug problem.

Hi I'm taking ayurvedic medicines for eye disorders ND also Im taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm water!! No issues with this medicines Bt i want to include protein shake in my diet Suggest me the best cheap and best protein shake!! Horlicks plus protein? Or Protein x. Whch one is the best!!
