Hi, I am young and i am being diagnosed with high bladder neck and i am taking alpha blocker from last year. Is there any cure for high bladder Neck in ayurveda as surgery is not suggested at this age???

Actually, I would like to have some Ayurveda or herbal treatment to charge my brain super fast,fully memory power,concentration and understanding skills for my upcoming exams preparations...Can there be any useful and without side effects treatment available as per my choice.???

Since 7 years I have hypothyroid, using thyronorm 25 mcg and in these period of using thyronorm the TSH was normal. Last 2 months I took Ayurvedic treatment virechana karma for my gastric problems followed by kanchanar guggulu for thyroid at near by Ayurvedic hospital and now the TSH is high. I see the Ad about ThyroQ and wanted to start it..how would you suggest?
