Hi   For 25 to 30 psoriasis patches right now am taking ayurvedc medicine kaishhora and mahamjistdi ..some patches gone and some small ones reddish remains same.still how many months it takes to cure.using atrisor ointment for external also..

I am suffering from high cholesterol level since last three years. My cholesterol level is approximately 248 for last three yrs. I am eating simple homemade food from the day of beginning and also follow ayurveda since last two years. My wt. is 72 for last four yrs and height is 5.7 and blood group is B positive. I regularly walk for one hour daily in the evening since last six years. I am of Pitt parkirti in nature. Rest of it my all blood reports are normal. I am taking baidyanath krimi kuthar Ras tablet once a week at night since last five months because my stool examination shows krimi in my stomach due to which itching takes place in my whole body sometimes. My muscular veins( nassein) are also weak & feel fatigue oftenly.  I feel always hungry and tired. My urine is light yellow in colour and colour of tongue is purple+white. Please suggest me what should I do for my health in future so I can live long

Hi Is there any non chemical probiotics which helps to maintain IBS without side effects ? No advice of any laxative please. Even traditional medicine is okay
