I am 29 yr old female suffering from pcod.can i take ashokarishta?mostly i hv delayed periods.i m trying to concieve but i hv to treat pcod first.i hd taken ginette 35 for abt a month aftr which i m havng regular periods but i dont want to continue allopathic med cos of its side effects.plz suggest about ashokarishta in pcod use

I am having postratis infection and the antibiotics given for me are really very strong which makes me feel daizy. Currently I am having pain in my lower abdominal from last 5 days. Doctor prescribed 250mg of Praval Panchamrita twice daily. But I can only find it in powder format, 5g packets from Patanjali. How much powder should I consume in place of the tablets?
