I'm underweight I don't know why I'm eating properly. my weight is just 48 kg and height is 5"8' What should I do

Looking for ayurvedic treatment for knee/ joint pain in Bangalore. Allopathy suggesting knee surgery.

Hello I am 31 years female, suffering with thyroid, TSH is above 100, just start Kanchanar Guggul from divya pharmacy, 2 tablets twice in morning and evening after food. I want to know that it's a good medicine for this level of thyroid or should I go for some other treatment. My weight is 57 kg and height is 5'4" Thanks
