Please suggest any Ayurveda remeady for ascites treatment. I am taking ciplar LA and lasilactone tablets.

My wife is having uterus fibroid , can this be shrieked or cured through ayurveda. She was detected ovarian cyst at beginning but later on this ovarian cyst has cured and found fibroid in uterus . As per doctor this cannot be treated and when the same start creating problem we need to remove the uterus . Can this be cured in ayurveda

I have an issue with acne and pimples. I have been having them from quite an young age though my periods are quite regular. There are acne scars on my face and it makes the skin look dull. And moreover the pimples never seem to go. Please help me to eradicate the pimples completely for once and for all. I have never consulted any doctor regarding the same and only use Patanjali Aloe Vera gel on my face. I don't use any cosmetics or makeup too.

Tuberculosis in cervical swelling right. P/H/O TB before one year. I have treatment of DOTS proper 24 does. Then swelling complete. Now in right cervical swelling 3 month. Than I test swelling that examination also tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis in moderately cellular. Extra Pulmonary last 12 month. I have treatment of DOTS proper 24 does.

I have done kub sonography,blood test,urine routine,blood sugar everything is normal.Urologist have examined me everything is normal.I don't have any injury.I feel that urine is left in urethral.I have this feeling after going to urine and when sitting on a hard surface for long time or sitting on a rod.It is lessen on standing and walking.I am having muscle twiching also.Is this urological issue or nervous system issue.I am having wet feeling after urine.Please suggest me medicines as I want to cure it permanently?
