Hi .. my cousin has a heart blockage and kidney damage... the doctors are recommending to fix d kidney to do a heart surgery... could someone suggest me how could we fix his kidney in ayurveda treatment.. Right now his legs r swollen, he has fever in frequent intervals.. he is of 56yrs

I am suffering for wheazing issues and cough if I walk 2 mns also tiredness all come and it's too difficult to do physical work and I am not able to eat much foods no hungry please help me in ayurvedic remedy what needs to be done
