Unable to breathe because of severe nasal congestion. I have been facing this problem since 8years. Tried steam inhalation but it does nt help. Tbe oroblem is worse at night.

I am having severe back pain and also some time pain in my left leg too ,I am at age of 29 back pain is mostly on my left lower back

For fistula how many thread change required, How much time is needs d to heal.DIET during.the treatment.

I can't focus on my career and I give up early/easily as i am not able to handle tuff/stress situation in my life and I get depressed. So depressed that I have left my job , am not even able to do my daily routine on time now a days.
